I have an 09' Honda Civic Coup. What I want to do is make it a little quicker and have a nice low sound. I don't want to go cray cray on it. No turbo, supercharger, engine swap ect. I want to put in a cold air intake, new exhaust ect. Details of what you guys suggest would be appreciated!
Cold air intake does not give you more hp nor make your car faster. The only way it would help is if you got headers… The only way you get anything from exhaus is if you get a good *** exhaust (top +30hp) the only way your going to see the upgrade you want is by getting exactly what you said you don't want.
- Upgrades to make a 86 Honda prelude faster? Hi, I have a 1986 Honda prelude, 1.8L dual carbourated, 5 speed, 170, xxx miles. I just did a tune up (Spark plugs, Oil, fuel filter.) this car runs really good, and is somewhat fast for being almost 30 years old. I want to do some simple upgrades on it to make it faster though. I have around $250 bucks and was wondering how far that could get me.
- Will a 2000 Honda civic front bumper fit a 1999 civic I'm talking about a 1999 civic dx? I have a 99 I'm in need of a new front bumber and I'm looking on Craigslist and a found a 2000 civic front bumper that's dope and it's cheap so I'm asking if it would fit perfect or what adjustments would I have to make is it worth it pretty much thanks
- 01 Honda CRV Performance Upgrades? I have a 2001 Honda CR-V with the B20Z2 4Cyl. This thing it's a gutless wonder. With that being said, I wanna put more horses under the hood. Any input? Specs: Engine: B20Z2 DOHC 2.0L 4Cyl Trans: Auto (4 speed I think) Drive: Real Time AWD Current HP: ~120 +/- 10 HP Goal: 300+ with turbo 200+ naturally aspirated Prefer naturally aspirated but the wife wants turbo. Either or will do though.
