Car ac turns off and then just blows?

My car ac is really cold and then just blows. I need help. Recently charged to weight spec for honda. 06 honda civic 1.8L not too sure if its moisture or something.

A Ac system has a cycling switch It is there to prevent the system from overcooling and or freezing I can go into detail and try to explain how that works I will try to make it simple as i can. The cycling switch which is usually attached to the dryer or accumulator That switch will intermittently cycle the AC compressor for a few reasons But when you charge it and your sure you have no leaks( the caps that go on the ports MUST be put back on )Sometimes the schrader valve seeps freon The cap not only stops debris from plugging the port up It is also a seal even minimal loss will cause a compressor to not engage and a overfilled system will cycle too much and or even cause squealing screech sounds like a slipping belt.So make sure it has no leaks and its not over full Overfilling it can be dangerous but it also will ruin the compressor And the line pressures will be too high causing undo pressure on the o rings and even the high pressure freon line. If thats all good and your doing this in cold weather even Its going to cycle a lot cause of the outside air temp drive it on a quiet street with windows down so the cabin does not chill too fast and listen to it you'll hear it click when it disengages or engages If its cycling still too much the cycling switch can be a issue too But make sure its not overfilled, no leaks FIRST then test it again with windows down also when its idling it will cycle faster than if it was being driven.Cycling is normal Excessive and constant cycling is not also make sure that when you filled it that you did not accidentally release any freon which drops the pressure and will cause excessive cycling too sounds crazy but its something i have seen once so i don't rule anything out anymore Good luck also if your doing it in cold weather it will cycle more frequently too even hot air from the engine won't be enough to keep it from cycling especially with very cold outside air temps I think you may just notice it more than you have before cause it cycles many times when your driving it too it cycles several times while driving even short distances and yes moisture in your system will basically corrode it from the inside out and pretty darned quick too So if you think moisture has got into the system Then the only thing you can do is evacuate the system into a proper recovery system Change the oil in the compressor and this is a very critical step vac or suck all the air out if it verfy it holds the negative pressure, very important if it does not hold the negative perssue or suction you have a leak Then you now have a system free of air which has MOISTURE IN IT NATURALLY Its critical the air be removed first Don't let anyone tell you its not Then you charge the system to the recommended perssure and your good to go Lets hope no air or moisture was introduced into it, good luck
