Honda civic LX vs Ex is the ex worth it?

I have an Opportunity to buy a (coupe) 2006 Honda civic EX loaded with 189,000 km on it
$6850 +Taxes

or

A 2006 (Coupe) Honda Civic LX with 169,425 km on it
$6950 + taxes

I know what the differences are but my question is, the LX doesn't have a moonroof, an upgraded stereo, or alloy wheel

But is it really worth it to go for the ex because of the moonroof and upgraded stereo?

I would still go for the ex I'm pretty sure they both got the same engine but later down the road ex is worth more
