How much do you think it would it cost to fix my car?

I have a 1994 Honda civic. I got hit in an accident. The insurance company is giving me my car with about $700. I think i need to repair my windshield, tire rods, ball joints, bumper, and fender. There could be more or less but i can't get a mechanic to look at it until i decide to buy it back. With my guess, do you think $700 enough money to fix it up? Considering i can get the bumper and fender both under $150 at a junk yard. They are offering me $1100 if i don't take my car and ill have a hard time finding a car with that. Should i take the risk and get my car back?

heres a pic of the damage: How much do you think it would it cost to fix my car

the pic pretty much shows everything you can see in person because my car is so low. The storage place its at won't let me jack it to look underneath.

Take the $1100… Apart from the cost of the parts, you have to pay the labour also. Will cost more than $700.00…

Just from your description it truly is a loss, and the uncertainty of what lies beneath is not helping. I would take the $1100.

It will cost around $1000

  • What would you do if a lady around 30-37 told you that you were useless and would never amount to anything? She's a well dressed white lady with a brand new Honda SUV and she has a daughter that looks about 12 that is also well dressed and the girl is being rude and both are being very rude to the guy at the counter at Subway. Would it be wrong to curse out the old witch who tried to start a fight and cursed out the subway worker and you?
  • How much should it cost to fix a tiny crack in the back of someone's car? I was getting off the high and accidentally hit my friends car in front of me. I basically just rolled into her so i was not going very fast. When we looked at the damage all we could find was a tiny crack (about 1-2 inches) on the back "bumper" I think you would call it (it's a Honda). And the paint might be a little loose. Personally don't think that it's worth fixing but she does. Is it worth fixing? And how much do you think it ll cost?
  • Did you know that Philippines is so poor that if you own a car people will think you're rich? I live in the Philippines and I own a 2013 Honda Fit and I sometimes drive it when I go to the University, it's not even expensive. And my friends think I'm rich. Most people here only use underbone motorcycles for transportation, most families don't even own a car.
  • I think my rotors are broken, how much to fix them? I have a 2003 Honda Civic. When I break sometimes the car moves back and forth and the steering wheel moves back and forth when I'm driving. I'm pretty sure it's the rotors but not 100% sure. Anyone know what it could be and if it is the rotors how much it could cost?
