How much will my car insurance go up if I buy a new car?
I currently have liability and am paying $109/month.
If I buy a brand new 2015 Honda Civic, how much will the insurance go up (since I have to buy full coverage)?
I can't say for sure but maybe try some car insurance comparison sites (like gocompare in the UK, though you're obviously not in the UK)

That would completely depend on the full coverage type you desire, your set deductibles, your age and driving history, and the area of the country you reside. Call your agent if you want any hard numbers.
Ask your insurer.
It will go up what it does in the place where you live. It will not go up what it would have gone up if you lived somewhere else. It goes up a different amount in each place. If someone tells you what it would go up somewhere, and you live somewhere else, then it will go up a different amount. If someone who doesn't know where you live tells you what it would go up, that means it would go up that much somewhere in the world, but probably not where you live.
