I have a 2006 Honda Civic I lost the master key. How can I program a key i bought if my alarm turns on?
Call the dealer and ask them
You only buy keys at the dealer and then you'll need to have the car towed there so they can program the keys to the vehicle. I won't even mess with a key purchased on line!
- My key won't program for a Honda Pilot 2005? I bought a key from amazon and want to program it to my 2005 Honda pilot. I've tried doing the ignition sequence but the green security flight flashes when I'm done and the engine rolls but won't turn on. What do I do?
- My car alarm won't stop going off in my honda odessey 2004, i do not have a key fob I disconnected the battery cable and that seems to be only solution. - If my 92 honda key isn't working, can I replace just the part where the key goes in, or do I have to do more? They are telling me that with installation, it will be like $300 at least, My friend just had the same problem, but in an much older pick up, but she said they just replaced a small part where they ket goes in?
- After replacing our car battery, our remote starter just turns and turns without actually starting the car? My wife has a 2010 Honda Fit and we just had to replace the battery. We got a remote starter installed from Best Buy in either 2010 or 2011. But after the recent battery replacement, the remote starter responds by just cranking and not starting. It does like three sets of cranking before stopping. I don't remember the brand of remote starter, but anyone have any insight of what I need to do?
