Is $7000 a good price for a 2010 Honda Civic ex for 101,000 miles on it?

Trying to buy my first car and could finance this car, have a down payment and everything. I'm looking to spend at max around 7000 and this car passed the dealers inspection with flying colours. Is this a good deal? Obviously i would try haggle too.

Too much, I would. Not pay more than $5000. Has the cam belt been done?

Where R U? Hit kbb.com and edmunds.com, and see that they come up with, for values.

The 2010 Honda Civic does not have a cam belt it has a cam chain that should last the life of the engine. This car is great condition has a retail value of around $8,650. From an individual it has a value of around $7,500. Therefore the car is a very good buy at $7,000. http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2010/Honda/Civic-4-Cyl/Sedan-4D-EX/Values

Maybe unless its had paint or body work.

6k but no more

Look it up in Kelly Blue book sounds like a bit much for me

If it's in good shape then yeah. Offer them 6300. Last year I paia d 6000 for a 2005 civiv almost same amount of miles. And passed with flying colors on inspection.

Just make sure the timing belt has been changed.

You take care of a honda, Toyota or Acura, change the oil etc. It will last 250,000 miles or 25 years.

Best cars out there.

God bless

No. Ask for half that price, possibly lower, too. Get it as low as possible.

Well i have a Honda Civic 2012 for sale at $9800.00 with just 55k miles. That give you any idea to the value.
Dealer will get $12.500 for a car like this if not 13k.

Dealer inspection = It starts and has four tires that are round.
