Is my right rear wheel bearing bad?

I have a 2001 Honda civic coupe LX. I was driving yesterday when my right rest tire started making a clicking/clacking noise while driving. As soon as the car starts to move, the noise starts. I researched and I found that it could be my wheel bearing. I jacked the car up, and spun the tire and it made the exact same noise as it did yesterday. Is that the wheel bearing causing the noise?

Wheel bearings are usually quiet when the wheel is lifted and spun, unless the bearing is shattered. You would notice this because the wheel would be loose. The most common problem on Hondas with a sudden rear wheel rotational noise is the brake shoe retaining spring or return spring has rusted out and fallen to the bottom of the drum. The longer you drive, the more damage to the drum will happen. Pull the drum off and take a look.

Can you be more specific please?
