Rough idle, can't tell what's causing it?

First off I drive a 1997 Honda Civic EX sedan with 171k miles on it. When I turn on the car, the idle is pretty rough and makes the car shake a bit. When I switch on the A/C it just makes it worse. When I'm driving on a hot day it's strange aswell. When I give it gas (like when the light turns green) the RPM needles bounces a lot as it's increasing. Either that or it takes forever for the car to pick up speed. I googled it a bunch of times and I got too many what ifs. I figured I come here and tell what exactly going on. Anyways thanks in advance!

IT is from YOUR OIL CHOICES! Take $20-40 to ANY oil change center and have your THROTTLE BODY and IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE cleaned up to showroom floor CLEAN! Stop using cheap oil in it like VALVOLINE which is a WAX BASED sludge and tar maker over time! The use of ENEOS or MOBIL ONE 0W-30 will prevent more issues on this car! POWER WASH engine with GUNK ORANGE to remove any ROAD SALT and LEAKING FLUID from wiring.BTW, you do NOT even have a "GAS" pedal at all! ONLY AN 'AIR": pedal! The IAC adds MORE air to make the converter and O2 sensors HAPPY! FUEL is metered and injected elsewhere downstream! YOUR ENGINE is starving for AIR< not gas! Get the IAC and T body cleaned to SHOWROOM and your issue will just DISAPPEAR! Use either BOSCH or DENSO iridium plugs to get up to 15% more power and economy, EASIER starts and LOWER emissions! Iridium NOW reacts with our new LOW SULFUR FUELS! YOu will see! BYE NOW!

Check plugs.
