Does a 2001 Honda S2000 have a starter relay?

I'm old school, but this is what I know - although maybe things have changed more recently. Ford calls it a starter relay, and it is on the firewall. Most cars call it a solenoid, and it is atop the starter. Nowadays when you buy a new starter, the solenoid is part of it. Whether it be a solenoid or starter relay, on the firewall, or on the starter, the positive battery cable always runs straight to it. Firewall is probably an incorrect term. It's under the hood and over the wheel well.

It has a starter solenoid which is attached to the starter motor. Try jumping the small trigger wire terminal to the large cable with a big screwdriver to find out of the stater works. If you have an automatic you can have a bad neutral safety switch or a bad ignition switch that also can keep the starter from working.
