I got fired from my dream job, what do I do?
Well I'm 19, I got very lucky and got a job at a performance shop working on Porsche's. Keep in mind I've been a lube tech at honda for about 4 months with some other minimal experience. So I messed up on the first day and basically got fired. I feel ashamed, embarrassed, stupid, etc. The list could go on. I'm at an all time low and need advice on what to do. My passion is automotive performance, especially with European cars… Just don't have any good experience
No job can define you. No word can define you either. There are many things you can do, wether porsche is one or not. You may feel ashamed, but anybody can make a mistake. But will everybody try to get through it and to keep moving along? I support you. Head up. You can get through anything. I just hope you will try to.
- What's your dream car and why? Mine is a 4 way tie between the Hennessey Venom GT, The 2015 Acura/Honda NSX, Corvette Stingray C7 and a n Audi R8. I love the Venom because of its speed (fastest car in the world), the NSX and R8 because of its sleek design and the Stingray because its been a family favorite since my grandpa had one.
- Not getting a call back from job applying job as an auto consiltant at Honda Dealership? I submitted my resume on friday evening now kts monday evening and no phone call. They say don't follow up bu phone call because the business might think youre too desperate which is not good. The pefered method is through email but i don't know who to email because the manager does not have an email address.
- Which bike to buy? Hero splendor pro / bajaj discover 100cc / honda dream neo? Hero splendor pro / bajaj discover 100cc / honda dream neo which one should i buy is there any better bike other than these listed please suggest i personally like splendor bacause of its reliability over the years…
- I just got a car sales job about 2 months ago. I'm currently working at Honda and i'm trying to bring customers in through facebook? I'm posting cars in different groups where they advertise cars and also in the market place, and every time i post a car i get about 4 messages about the car. I can never seem to get them to come in the store though, and its frustrating! How do you build value through a message so they have the urge to come in the next day and at least look at what your offering?
