Worn out starter clutch.
Common on all machines with electric start.
Order #1 & #2 together as a set.

Inspect #1 on your quad.
If there are no "wavy" indents, it might still be usable.
Otherwise you will have to shop around for the part.
Maybe get a used one from a motorcycle salvage yard.
Google - "motorcycle salvage"
They are located all over the country and ship to anywhere.
Call and ask for - "STARTING DRIVEN GEAR (your model)"
Explain - the starter clutch grabs it to spin the engine.
- 4 stroke 50cc scooter makes loud buzzing noise at 55 KPH and won't go over 60KPH? I have a fairly new 4 stroke 50cc Honda scooter. I recently put in a new CDI hoping to increase performance. It helped a little bit, but when I go over 55 KPH I start to hear a high pitched buzzing sound and the bike won't go past 60. Even on a flat surface. I'm not sure what the problem is. Does my bike have some kind of limiter? Is it the pulley or muffler? Or is 60 kph the fastest my bike will go?
- Honda Rebel makes clicking/grinding noise when shifted into gear I was driving it just fine until my rpms went high and it rolled to a stop. Could not get it to move. When I shift into first it makes a grinding noise and it won't even stall if I use the clutch incorrectly. Anyone know what it is?
- Which wheel do I spin to jump start a 2002 Honda Civic? Right or left? I want to jump start a 2002 honda civic by myself. I've seen plenty of videos, put it into 3rd, put ebrake, lift the wheel with a stable jack, wrap a rope and pull it. What I want to know, which side wheel do I spin? The driver or passenger? The side where the motor is or where the transmission is?
- What does it mean when i crank the ignition over and the car makes no noise and i loose power everywhere? I have a 1998 Honda Accord. When I try to start the car I get no noise like if the battery is dead. And when I tried to jump start it, the lights come back on but when I turn the key to try and start the car the power goes out again. Also, my car won't let me shift into anything even when my key is clicked over. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
