Best car to run under 11 sec 1/4 mile for under $10,000 USD?

My brother bought a 2005 honda cbr600rr sport bike and challenged me to race him, I have 10,000 to buy a car and soup it up. So far my options are, older subaru WRX, fox body mustang, older corvette, older eclipse GSX or something a long those lines. I would like to spend the rest on modifications to make it faster and hopefully get close to under 11 second 1/4 miles (about what his bike runs).

What would be the best options and mods? My friend told me fox body mustang with bolt ons and nitrous would probably run close since it is so light and they are pretty cheap to build up.

Get a 1998 camaro of fire bird with the 5.7 ls1 supercharge it or turbo it. These cars also have tons of cheap mods available to get that power that you need. Trust me this is your rought. A 11 second car is allot harder to achieve when you start with a weaker car. These ls1 powered cars start you out with over 340 hp and gain over 150hp from most supercharger and turbo kits

Mustang.

1993-98 mark viii. They come with 300 horsepower stock, quarter mile times are in the high 14's stock 0-60 time is 6.5 seconds. It has a 4.6 cobra mustang motor. You could get one for 5k or less under 100,000 miles.

If you can seriously find an eclipse gsx… Buy it. However, I'm pretty sure a fox body some high performance mods would do the trick.

Box Mustang, is likely the easiest to sup up, since it has almost limitless bolt-ons.

Also… 12 valve Cummins Diesel can be modified to do 10sec 1/4 mile runs fairly cheaply, not necessary easily, though.
