Should I have the rings and piston changed at the same time I get the valves changed on my honda 125cc motorcycle?

Added (1). I bought my 2013 honda v-men chopper type new, how has 27,000 Km and am told to change valves as plug fouls every week or two.is it worth it to change piston and rings too? How would I know they need to be changed?

Did they say why the plug fouls? Sounds like oil in the cylinder (maybe)
You should not need to change the piston, And new valves is odd too. All they should need is new guides.
Do you rev the engine when it is cold?
Sounds a bit like the shop is milking you a bit. Get a second opinion

If they need it. That's what the mechanical inspection is for. I would do new rings and a cylinder hone. If the cylinder is worn and needs boring then you'd want an oversize piston and rings.

Fouled plugs from valves? Maybe valve seals needed? Knurl valve guides, relap - or really check slop on valves.Ring wear is another item, might be needed, might not- mileage would have some wear indicated and worn rings let some oil into combustion chamber and that could foul plugs. Look real close.

The valves should last the life of the engine.
There should be no reason to "change" them,
unless the engine does not run properly.
If you do replace the valves, the cylinder head has to be removed.
As long as the cylinder head is off of the engine, it's a simple process to check if the piston & rings should be replaced.
