What dirt bike is good for female beginner?

So I'm really interested in buying myself a dirt bike but I'm not sure what I should get. I want a 4 stroke but I'm not sure what size engine and hight I should be looking for. My hight is 165cm (5'5) and weight 50-55kg (110 - 121pounds). I don't want something too over powered and too high. Obviously, I'm not very strong or tall and I'm also female and a beginner, so I'm not exactly looking for a full sized bike or anything too complex. My boyfriend can help me maintain the bike and he suggested getting either a 125 or 250. Not that I don't trust his judgement (hehe) but I thought I could ask too see what you might suggest. I'm not a millionaire and I don't want to spend a ton of money on my first bike and don't have any favorite brand so I don't mind buying from a new company OR any common brand like Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda… You know

CRF 150 or CRF 230. I taught my wife to ride on CRF 230. She is 5'9" she loves to go out and trail ride. I love to just go out and ride with my wife.

This is just a suggestion but a Honda CRF150R and a 250 might be a bit much and to tall for you… I'm 5'9 and I kinda tip-toe on my 250
