What equipment do I need to carry my scooter on my camper van?

I need help figuring out what specific equipment I need to carry my large Honda Helix scooter on my old 1982 Dodge Xplorer 228 camper van. I'd like to carry it on the front but I'm not sure if the bike is too heavy or how to go about it. And the back of the van is extended about 5 feet so I don't think it'd be best to carry it on the rear. I'm not sure what all the info I need to figure this out but here's a little info about my van.
Its a 1982 Dodge Ram B350 that was extended and turned into a campervan.
GAWR Front: 3600 LB
GAWR Rear: 5360 LB

I don't have a hitch or anything on the front. I need to figure out which hitch is which. Thanks.

Added (1). The scooter is a Honda Helix which weighs about 350 lbs dry and is 89 inches long, while the width of my van is 75 inches wide.

Added (2). Scooter has a wheelbase of 64 inches. If that helps.

Search "bumper mount motorcycle carrier". That's about all I can tell you.

Options: (all suggestions have similar things that may be cheaper and better)
Hitch Carrier: CON: over 400 pounds down the trailer hitch.
Hitch Dolly: CON: rear wheel on the road
Motorcycle Trailer: CON: longer, troubles reversing/parking

Personally, I would get a utility trailer and add a rail for the motorcycle.

Receiver hitch with 2 inch hole and a scooter carrier. Can put hitch on front on many vans, pickups then the carrier fits into the 2 inch hole. Problems for you is weight rating of carriers mostly 200 pounds, 400 pounds is the higher end of most I've seen. Most of scooter carriers locally are hauling 49cc mopeds or occasional 125cc lightweights. For heavier hauling- the Harbor Freight/Menards 40x48 trailers with extended tongues, motorcycle railing in center with strapps and 12 inch wheels are a $300.00 item to start.

Build up a cradle & ramp & carry the bike inside. Centralises the weight.

Ask at a hitch shop. They will know what you need front or rear.

Consider Insurance because the second you have a accident you will be sued because they hit a motorcycle instead of a government approved bumper. Just like leaving the talegate down on a truck and someone slams into that instead a bumper

What you need is a Mobility Carrier Wheelchair Scooter Rack mounted off the motorhome chassis and be fairly rigid or attached to the hitch haul. It comes in a variety depending what fits well with your caravan and which one can hold your scooter better.
