Where would I cut frame at?

So I have a 81 Honda cb650 that I'm making into a cafe racer. I have it stripped ready to cut. But I can't seem to figure out where to chop off to add my seat hoop. There's not much room left from where the 'flat' part of seat ends and the shock mounts begin. It seems If I were to cut just right before in front of shocks that the seat itself would be too small and then I'd be screwed. Any help? Tips? From any fellow cafe racer builders? Owners?
By the way, it's not a custom. And this is my first cafe build.

Can I back out of car lease due to difficult dealer?

I just leased a second vehicle with the same dealer yesterday. I'm very happy with the car, and I got a great deal; however, I'm upset about something. When I was signing the lease, the Finance Manager offered be a maintenance plan for $11 per month that covers all oil changes and maintenance. Based on the amount I drive, I think it would be worth it for me, but I didn't at the time. I called the Finance Manager today (my salesperson was out) and said I wanted to add the maintenance plan. He said he would have to redo the paperwork, and the cost would be $22 per month since the $11 promotion from Honda ended at the end of the month. To me, this is completely unacceptable not to honor what was disclosed to me, especially since he never explained that it would be my final decision. How can I go about getting them to honor the original offer? I'm thinking about returning the car and canceling the lease if they want to play hardball. The lease on my old car is not up until November, so I definitely have leverage.

Other than Los Angeles what would be a good city for SummerSlam in 2016?

There are 10 I can think of that would be good.
-San Diego, CA-WWE wants to do it in Cali again.

-Anaheim, CA-Some consider this to be Los Angeles but if they want it in LA, why not try "the Pond" instead of Staples Center? The now Honda Center is host to two WrestleManias.

-Phoenix, AZ-This is a summer city. It has had a SummerSlam before back in 2003.

-Las Vegas, NV-Vegas, what more needs to be said.

-Seattle, WA-Hosted WrestleMania 19.

-Oklahoma City, OK-Bah God

-Miami, FL-Big summer city. Socking that SummerSlam has never been held in the state of Florida.

-Tampa, FL-Florida

-Orlando, FL-Florida, like the previous two.

-Atlanta, GA-Sting could main event as this was WCW's HQ city.

Which car would be better for a college student?

My parents are offering to buy me a new car for college and I can't decide between two: Mercedes CLA 180 or the Range Rover Sport. There's a big price different between the two and the designs are completely different and yet I can't make up my mind. Which one would you buy if you were a female college student?

Btw I don't have much experience driving. I only got my license last year and drove my parents car until now.

Added (1). As shallow as it may sound but none of the people at the college I'm going to drive a Honda. The majority had BMW, Audi and Mercedes cars.

Is the 2004 prelude sh fast?

Self explanatory, is it a decently fast car? How's the reliability? I'm assuming it's good because it's a Honda. And how is the aftermarket for it? I'd be wanting to work on it and tune it. Would it make a good first car?
