Today we purchased a Troy-bolt TB130 160cc Honda engine push mower with an auto joke system. When we went to pull the start pull cord all it does it give a little slack and then completely locks up. If we slowly pull it wait for it to lock give a little back and slowly pull again more come out. What are wee doing wrong?
I'm turning 16 in June. As soon as I turn 16, I'm going after my permit. But I need help on how to afford one too. I got a job offer in the summer for $18hr. I know that there's much more to learn about that, so where do I go for all of that info? Tips and sources appreciated.

i wanted to get the tires replaced in my honda car -10 yrs old.
i asked if the tires could be retreaded. But was told it can't be done. And he mentioned some term that i can't get.
what are the reason a tire can't be retreaded.
i'm referring to MICHELIN tyres.
how much would be a saving between retreaing in stead of replacing the tire with a new one.
Honda Nsr struggle to get it into neutral?
Added (1). There's no clutch cable connected up yet but it slides into 1st to 4th gear no problem but while going down the gears it goes to 1st and then it is a struggle to get neutral, i have to give it half a click to allow the wheel to spin freely, press on the pedal fully and it is still in a gear. Is my gearbox damaged or will the problem fix itself with the clutch working?
I have been driving American cars, Honda, Toyota and they're easy to find parts when something go wrong. I would like to buy a Volkswagen beetle or a European car. Like 2004 or 2003 Volkswagen beetle. If something go wrong, does it cost more to fix it? Is maintenance more expensive than a Honda or a Toyota yaris. I know the Honda and Toyota last forever after a few hundred thousand miles and they re still in excellent running condition with regular services. What do you guys think?
I have a bought secondhand Honda bf5 1997. No book or anything, when engine running oil light is stays on which is the green. It that normal? Regards. 
I just took out my carburetor on my 1984 honda magna it has 4 so I cleaned all the bowls and jets but now I want to make sure the bowls don't leak because they did on my gs500 and it isn't the easiest to put this carb in and take it out repetitively. So I put gas into the fuel hole but it didn't fill the bowls how can I figure this out?
Between an Audi A4, BMW 328i or Lexus is250 which is best and why or which do you prefer if you know of any other nice looking luxury car let me know please, no Hondas i just don't like the way they're shaped from years 2004-2010 I'm trying to buy a cAr and I have those 3 in mind this is why I'm asking all answers are appreciated thanks
I recently purchased a Honda jazz 2005 mode from a garage, top condition. I'm going on a long journey tomorrow and routinely like I would with any car I checked the water and oil levels. (cold engine). Water level was halfway between min and max so I attempted to top it up with coolant mix, however, as in poured the h20/coolant mixture into the water tank it just came straight back up as though the tank was full, although I can see it's only half full. Any ideas?
I have been looking all over for these two items but have yet to find a set of decent covers. I can find covers for boats but not for a 12' open boat with no window shield. I'm preferably looking for an outboard cover that fits over the whole motor not just the hood.
