Suzuki 2010 grand viatra ugly or okay?

So my dad got this car for me last year and i feel so embarassed driving it, I feel like i'm driving a 1586 honda, I don't know if its because i live in an area where its mostly luxurious cars, but ugh how do i stop feeling this way? I'm 21 btw

Why does it seem like older cars are much better than newer cars?

My uncle has a 2003 Honda, a 1910 Ford Model T, and he has a 1951 Cadillac. All of which had been parked in his garage since 2004. Well just recently he wanted to pull them out because he wanted to see if they started up. So far the Model T started up wonderfully once we put new gas in the tank, and the same went for the Cadillac: started up beautifully. The Honda on the other hand did not start up. Apparently the heat had made nearly everything electrical (including buttons) unusable, therefore nothing electrical will work on the car. So the car won't start. He was told that it would cost about $1000 to fix the car in electrical part replacement. Why is this? Even with newer cars this is the issue. If something breaks on it(usually electrical), you need a special guy with a special tool that works a special job fix it. With older cars all you need to do is go to Advanced Auto and pick up a part, or go on Ebay to find the part. Or go to a car show and find a part there. And you already have tools to fix it. I also find older cars more traditional to what a car should look like. Newer cars fail to give off that look because everything on it screams "Made in China and at a cheap price by machines". Older cars are gems that were assembled in America by people that cared. Too bad you don't see that anymore.

I'm not trying to rant, but this sort of thing really ticks me off. Everyone says that newer cars are better, but so far the older cars are proving to be better.

Do i need to use honda coolant?

My honda oddysey manual says to only use honda coolant and that any other coolant will cause corrosion. Is this true? I have some coolant thats for all makes and models. Can i use that? Btw i'm changing the coolant not adding coolant

What's wrong with my car? - 3

2002 Honda oddessey. Yesterday It sounded like a belt might need replacing a sound I've heard on other cars all the time but it was running fine. I started driving to work this morning and all of the sudden it cuts off. I stop it and the electrical system struggles to start again and now I'm hearing a whining sound so I head straight to the mechanic but it cuts off again and locks up and I can't even get the gears to switch so I can toe it!

Do you guys know this song

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to help me… I mean if you can XD The song is from a Honda Commercial I think… I'm pretty sure it's a real song

I don't remember the full lyrics, but something like:

Cela… Something something… And you know

Is this a reason to not a get a raise?

I've worked on cars for 7 years. I worked for Toyota for 3 years and Honda for 4 years. I'm and ASE certified master and Honda certified long story short the GM at the Honda dealer fattened up the shares ran the dealership into the ground with dishonest ethics sold the shares and just quit. We have a bad rep and no work now I found a job at an Acura dealer that was expanding The service manager told me he would pay me $13.00 I was at $22.00 to over see the quick lube UN till my bay was built. Then i get my raise and normal roll back My bay was built he put some other guy in it he hired from an outside source. He started giving me regular mechanic work after a week of it told him I won't do it until he pays me. He told me I need to prove to my self to him. I told him I have 7 years of experience and certified and I've done what's he's asked for the past week and ran his express lube for 3 months which are all thing that nobody can just walk off the street to do. He told me I can use my skill set, credentials, or experience as a way to get a raise or a promotion. Like wtf.
