Replace lawnmower air filter?
I have a troy-bilt lawnmower with Honda engine purchased from Lowes a couple years ago. The air filter has become dirty and I'd like to replace it. But I'm not sure what filter I need to buy
Just go to a hardware store and tell them what kind of mower you have and they can show you exactly what to get
- Which air filter makes more sound? I've honda stunner. And installed conical air filter, it is 2-3 inches long than K&N RC-1060. Do small filters make more sound or my one makes more sound? And one more thing… I've removed air filter box. What to do with pipes which were attached to it for some air intake or i don't know what those pipes are for.
- What will adding a cold air intake filter do to my 1997 corolla? Do these things add mpg? Hp? I don't plan on ricing it out I was just wondering. I sometimes see old hondas and toyotas and they have these along with a ridiculous body kits lol.
- I have a 2015 Honda rancher that had a crack in the air box. It got so much dirt through the air filter it got into my piston. So it now Burns oil and I was wonder will it ever stop smoking. I know I have to rebuild the engin so don't even say it. And how long will it take before it losses power.
- I have a 1980 honda cb650 custom, are air filter pods a good idea? I was thinking of taking out the air box and filter and putting on individual filter pods on the carbs what are the pros and cons of this and what pods do i need particularly for a 1980 honda cb650 custom? Links would be helpful
