Honda stocks the fluid you want. Don't even bother with anything else.
Honda specific fluid
Honda DW-1 has replaced Z1 recently. Dexron will not harm the transmission but it will shift harshly. Some people used Redline and Amsoil in the days of Z1; I don't know how they compare now. Best to just get DW-1.
You know there's no filter and that flushing is verboten, right? Just drain and fill. Check with the owner's manual but it probably says 30K mile intervals.
READ YOUR MANUAL! That is what it is THERE FOR! Most HONDAS use DEXRON-H fluid! GET IT FROM THE HONDA DEALERSHIP and do NOT use OIL CHANGE PLACE fluids! All CARS use specific fluids ONLY! Even OIL and COOLANTS and STEERING FLUIDS! Even BRAKE FLUIDS! TAke an hour and actually READ YOUR MANUAL! You will be AMAZED at what you can learn here!
