Where to find a Honda Aero 55 1983 fuel valve? (Petcock)?

I have a Honda aero 55 1983 and the fuel valve is clogged. I can't find any online and my local Honda dealer says they can't find one. How do I either find a new one or clean this one? There's no shutoff valve

A lot of petcocks are able to be disassembled to clean and re-seal.
Don't know the '83 Honda so this is just a guess, think of alternatives like removing the old and replacing it with a different petcock from a newr Honda or some other brand that fits the need.

Email a few pix thru my avatar of the petcock and the area on the tank, we'll see.

Bring it to me, I can work miracles with DIY things on bikes, pedal or engine-driven.

They can usually be dismantled & cleaned. Don't leave off the strainer tube that fits over the inlet or it will clog again.
Most early Honda petcocks have the same mounting method. Odds are pretty good that one from a similar age bike will fit.

Check more than just the Honda dealership. Check every shop that fixes bikes, and one may be kicking around someplace. Go in with the part or a picture of the part to all the stores in your town. Even check at Lawnmower shops as this is a fuel shut off valve, not necessarily a Honda part. You say it is clogged. Maybe it isn't and you don't understand how it works?

Nice old scoot. Assuming there's no other way to do it, remove the valve, replace it with a tube fitting, and add an in-line valve. But I betcha the finger strainer is clogged and the tank is rusted. Fix that, too.
