Is 120,000 miles bad on a Honda Accord 2008-2010?
So I have been looking around to buy my first used car but have a budget of $9,000. I have seen Honda Accord coupe around that price or less but mileage around 90,000 miles to 130,000 miles. I know to get the lower mileage but I'm not trying to spend a lot. Also I'm thinking to keep the car for only 2-4 years. So if anyone can give any information about mileage more than 100k on Honda, if it will have any type of problem.
Anything over 15000 miles per year driven may be considered as excessive… There are 2 things that you need to have when looking at any used vehicle you are thinking of buying: (1) written maintenance records and (2) having a mechanic do an inspection of all components - if you don't do both of those things, then you may as well just throw away your $$
The Hondas are worn out at about 150,000 miles.
- Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000? Is this a good deal? I need to buy a new car and today I got an offer on a 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000. I'm a 19 year old girl and I know nothing about cars D: Are Honda Fits good cars? Should I buy this with so many miles already on it? Also, I like to travel. Will this car be safe to drive long distances?
- Is $7000 a good price for a 2010 Honda Civic ex for 101,000 miles on it? Trying to buy my first car and could finance this car, have a down payment and everything. I'm looking to spend at max around 7000 and this car passed the dealers inspection with flying colours. Is this a good deal? Obviously i would try haggle too.
- Is 150,000 miles bad on a Honda Civic? My father is giving me his old car that is 2007. I don't know much about Hondas, but I heard they have good mileage. He doesn't drive hard on it at all and hates reviving the engine. Is that good?
