How to restore dull discolored spots of my car dashboard?

I have a 2000 Honda Accord SE. I had some spots of black oil stains on my dashboard. It came off very easily after I scrubbed a damp dishwasher sponge with little dishwasher soap. But after it dried it looks like I took off the color or i don't know what. So any idea how to restore those spots?

  • How to restore power to my motorcycle? I have an '85 Honda rebel and it doesn't power on when I turn the key - no light or anything.   • How much does it cost to restore a Honda civic hybrid? Not standard My brother left his car here for about more than 5 years and it's just been pursued eating sun for some time. I need a car and I was thinking of putting some money in and fixing the baby. The tires are blown out, new seats and carpet I think is needed, it also needs the new stick that goes in the middle, radio, etc. I'm not big on cars but how much would it cost to restore it?
