If I own a 1994 Honda Accord and want to use parts from it to put into a 1992 Honda Accord, will I have any conversion issues?

Depends on what parts. Some, no - some, yes.

Different generations. Probably so

They are basically different cars. The only part that will likely be the same is the battery, the bulbs and the fuses.

Some parts will fit and some will not.
as there are thousands and thousands of parts it helps to be a little more specific on which parts.

Probably not. It depends on which parts.

They should have serial numbers on it. If number is the same and it looks the same it will fit.

Some. As Ron says they are different generations, and IIRC the move from 4th to 5th generation included a major change: the engine and transmission were switched around to put the engine on the passenger side. The 1992 engine rotates CCW while the 1994 rotates CW like most car engines do.

Hi so you must have a few.
