I put a new battery in it and after like 30 minutes of trying to crank it it would finally start now it won't do anything the dash lights and everything comes on when you turn the key nothing happens i can hear the fuel pump cut on but it won't turn over or anything when i cut the key off i hear a loud beep. Also it has over 320k miles on it
Ok, I know people will say I need to get a quote and all, but I have three quotes already for three different cars. My insurance company quoted me $370 a month for a 2014 mustang v6, $258 for a Acura TL, and $270 for a base 2013 Honda Accord sedan. Do you think a 2008-2010 Honda Accord ex-l would be more expensive than the sedan? Or the Acura TL? Around 100-120k miles on it. I'm 28 btw
I have a 93 Honda Accord and earlier today when I was at the drive through my cars temperature gauge started raising slowly. I had already ordered and was stuck in there so I couldn't just pull over and pop the hood, so I turned it off for about 3 min with heater on and when I turned it back on the temperature was normal again. My question is if it's a fan problem or some sort of leak as when I was driving around town it seemed fine until I got to the drive through. And I checked the reservoir and its full, I had replaced the upper radiator hose 3 weeks ago and had no problems at all until today. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
I own a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe. It is 200 miles from hitting 100,000 mi.
I was driving it earlier today and it drove great. But then I stopped to get gas, filled it with premium as normal.
As I pulled out of the gas station and hit the gas pedal, my car sounded like I just put a ridiculous muffler on it. My car had a deep growling roar to it's acceleration now, but my power was bled. It takes forever to speed up and when I punch it, it doesn't even try to shift. (It's an automatic)
I now have a "VSA! Is OFF" light and check engine light. Anyone have any idea? Bad gas?
Added (1). Yes, I'm positive it was 93 octane premium fuel.
I just recently got a car from Honda. A 2008 Honda accord & they told me to put $250 down to get the car. I have only had it for 2 weeks. The bank wants the car because i'm a temporary worker through an agency. My car dealer knows that i'm because i told him & my paycheck stubs say the service name. I had a car i traded they can't sell me it back or are making me sign a finance paper for 3 years & i only had 1 year left. Now they are forcing me to get a car with a lot of miles & bad breaks & its a 2006 Toyota Corolla. They didn't pay attention to detail as they sold me it now if i don't take a car I'm car less. Should i sue the dealership for financing me a car & not paying or just go ahead and do a lease for a car?
How to check which wire is positive coming out of the front doors of my 2015 Honda Accord?
So my car was impounded and it ran perfectly fine before it was impounded. Its an Honda Accord so you know those engines go forever only had 130k miles, but I guess it broke down and the engine won't start. What can I do?
My car randomly turns off when I drive it sometimes it can run for 5 minutes while driving and other times it runs for a few feet and dies. When it dies it still has power the engine just shuts off
I'm currently a college student who is commuting a lot back and forth and I'm also a father of a 6 month old and married.
I'm looking to buy either an accord or a honda civic because they are pretty good at gas.
I'm looking for a 5 year old car or maybe older not really too sure. I still want it to be somewhat modern but around 5 years is probably the best so 2010 or so.
I don't know too much about cars so if there are better choices for my family and gas please list them, but accord and civic are the only ones i know of
