Why does my Honda Accord 2004 kind of grind while turning on? 127k miles?

Whenever I turn on my car it kind of grinds in the way that it kind of like screeches grinds in a way nothing bad with the car though no lights come on or anything.

What is the rattle in upper right side dash in '01 Honda Accord? Starts at 1 to 2K RPM. Stops. Again at 1-2K RPM?

Is the coolant/heat system involved, because on cold days, there's 0 to light vibration. Is this Honda known for vibration of its heater core unit? Or water lines to it. Seems up near the dash firewall.

Anyone know of a way to check this without removing the dash, which is close to an all day process.

Fuel Sending Unit problem?

I have Honda Accord Ex 1994. Since two months ago, my fuel gauge did not work properly. I diagnose my fuel sending unit using Digital Multimeter, it give an proper resistance reading. When I play with the float outside of the oil tank, it give an accurate reading too. But when I put it back inside the fuel tank, and start my engine, the fuel meter gauge immediately drop to below the symbol "E".

I don't think there are something wrong with the wiring, and the Sending Unit seem alright too if it was test outside the fuel tank.

What are the problem with my sending unit?

Pretty crushed up, but I can't recall seeing fluid coming out. Both passenger and driver doors can't open. An SUV was pretty much sitting on the upper part of my front. I tried to upload a picture but it didn't work.

What would cause simultaneous problems with my heating fan and wipers on a 2014 Honda Accord?

After getting gas for my car today and restarting it, my heating fan is now making a buzzing sound and my wipers are working noticeably slowly. I didn't check anything else, but the car seems to be otherwise okay. I will bring the car in for service, but would like to have an idea of what's going on.
