Event data recorders, do they record video footage?

While my car was parked, someone hit my car and did not leave any information.

I have a 2015 Honda Civic with an Event Data Recorder. I'm wondering if that could have recorded the moment when my car was hit and possibly the vehicle who did it?

Should I get a car now or wait after college?

I'm 19 and I'm currently a sophomore student at a community college. I plan on transferring next fall to a university. My situation is that I have been saving up for my first car. I have at least 1000 saved up from working at a fast food restaurant and using my school refund check. The way I get around is either by driving my mothers vehicle or catching the city bus. I do not like catching the city bus so I try to borrow my mothers SUV as much as I can. Sometimes I can't always drop my mom off for work and use the SUV. Most days she needs it. So my mother and I have been trying to decide if I should get a car now or just wait later? I was hoping my aunt could help me get a car like she said. She told me when I get to $1000 let her know and I did I also let my dad know but he said he would help but I see nothing happening from them two. Sometimes i think she's jealous that i'm getting a car at a earlier age than she did. She waited after she graduated college. I try not to think she's jealous but thats what i feel. It looks like my mom and I are on our own to getting me a car if I want it now. I'm just wondering if it is worth a good investment now since I'll be transferring next fall. And most of my money is going towards to help my mom w/ bills. So its pretty tough for me to try to save up another 2000 to get a decent car.
What do you think I should do?

2008 Honda Civic vibrations?

All the sudden lately my Civic LX Manual started having a very noticeable vibration at idle once warmed up. I doubt it's the motor mount because I noticed the vibrations started as soon as the idling rpm drops a hair. It'll be fine when I stop then a moment later the idle drops a tad more and it starts vibrating. Not to mention my AC/Heater blower fan just went (what a coincidence) The vehicle also has 103k miles on it! So what would cause the drop in RPMs occurring with vibrations throughout the car?

My 2007 Honda Civic MT is spraying power steering oil out?

I recently had my Power Steering Oil pipe repaired by my mechanic for 2,200 INR he said it was not repairable be he knew a guy who did repair it but after two days suddenly while steering my car started making sound I stop my car to check why its making sound when I checked under bonet there was oil all over it and when I steer car I can totally see the pip behind engine is spraying oil
Do I have to change my entire power steering system?
And can you tell me temporary solution so I can take it my mechanic before all oil runs out

What will happen if car runs without power steering oil

And how much will it cost me to repair that according to you.

How much is it to lower my car?

I got a 2015 Honda Civic. Wondering if anybody knows how much it is to do that. I got 18" wheels on it if that matters on how low it can go.
