How to replace a racing steering wheel with one that has an airbag on a honda civic?

I found a 1992 Honda Civic SI that i want to buy, but the stock steering wheel was replaced with an after-market one. I know the stock steering wheel has an airbag, so I wanted to know how difficult and how much it would cost to put one in. Someone was telling me it could cost as much as $800 because I would have to have the whole steering column replaced, but that seemed a little much. (For those of you that are going to get on my head about this, this isn't my decision. My parents will only let me get a car with an airbag).

Ticking noise coming from engine bay?

I own a 2000 Honda civic si and as of recently there's been a ticking noise. The noise comes on whenever I cold start my car and when I'm accelerating past 2,500 rpms. The noise is like a ticking/rattling noise. When i cold start it, the ticking is really fast. The thing is, when the car is cold and I'm driving it cold, it won't make the ticking noise, only at start up. When the car is warmed up, the ticking noise doesn't appear at start up, it only appears when I drive it. Any one have any ideas what it might be? Thank you in advance.

How much Insurance do I have to pay for a Car?

Okay so I'm 19 & I'm almost turning 20
( December 7th ). I'm planning on buying a car, it's a Used 1995 Honda Civic. I want to know how much do I have to pay for insurance. I'm guessing I'd have to be paying monthly, but it would really help if someone knew how much exactly or at least an estimation of how much I would be paying.

Can I still get a 2014 Honda Civic?

I'm 16 and i'm about to get my very first car! I'm really excited but the only problem i have is that I'm 4'9. The honda civic has a 2 tier dashboard and i'm not exactly sure if i can see over it. I can drive my mom's nissan rouge without a problem. I can see perfectly. Do you think i will be able to get the civic? I would just go to the dealer but its pretty far from where i live.

What is wrong with my car?

I have a 1991 Honda civic, I just topped off the oil the battery and alternator are new.
My car recently started to make a bad spudder sound and it doesn't have the power it used to. Sometimes when I put it in first and take off it lags and takes a while for it to get speed. It feels like it's hesitating, it will give me power then feel like it's gonna stall then give power again.
I have also noticed a bad smell coming from my heater when I use it which is new, and when I brake my heater will blow slower and my lights will dim. That's about as in detail I can get please help!

2004 honda civic cranks slowly in cold weather?

So I'm a 17 year old boy and i have a 2004 Honda civic with 110,000 miles on it and lately its been really cold were I live (about 20 degrees) and the car sits outside. Well when I leave for school in the morning and its that cold, it often takes a few extra seconds to kick over and then when it sits in the parking lot all day at school it does the same. Now I get that cars take longer to start in the cold but I just got this car this past January and it came with a BRAND new battery.
