Does 2006 honda civic have a timing belt?

Added (1). I pressed and held 1&3 + power and display read FR L, not Diag. I went through all the speakers, but nothing happened. Display just showed:
FR L stands for Front Left Speaker
FR R stands for Front Right Speaker
RR L stands for Rear Left Speaker
RR R stands for Rear Right Speaker
ALL stands for All Speakers

2004 Honda Civic won't lock from the outside?

I can lock my doors when I'm inside the car but if the door is open and I press the lock button only my passenger door will lock. When my driver door is shut and I try to manually lock it from the outside the key won't move at all. If anyone can give me some tips on what is wrong or how to fix it, that'd be awesome! Trying to save time and money from going to a locksmith.

I finished installing a pioneer head unit into my 1998 honda civic but when I was done only 3 out of 4 speakers were working. My front passenger speaker was not working, i pulled out the speaker to check those connections and they were fine. The speaker was working before the install. Should I just put new speakers in?

My dash lights, turn signals, interior lights, radio won't work?

So my 2002 honda civic coupe, the turn signals, dash lights, radio, interior lights don't work. Why? My hazards work fine.
