How to fix dents on your car?
My husband and I went on vacation for 5 weeks by my car. My elder son was using his brand new car. First of all he did smth to it and it wouldnt start, then he obviously was parking it wherever, so it got all dented by recklessly opened doors by other car owners. Also it seems he was driving and reversing through some bushes - all back is scratched. Now my husband does not want it repainted ( even thou my son would be the one paing for it), but it does not look good - all scratched and dented. My question is can we fix it somehow without having it all repained? He just bought it all new, looks awful. It is Honda CRV.

Ts is in correct ball park home repairs can often worsen things. Advise on how to do such repairs is available on u tube etc just do a web search.
Skilled panel beaters etc can often fix dents without major panel changes or re spray needed though scratches may need sorting.
Why not get quote for sorting? Son may be willing to pay or contribute.
If car is newish and now looks bad, the damage will detract from enjoyment of car plus lower it's value. Scratches if left unattended. Can develop into rust areas too.
Best off biting bullet and getting sorted. Professionally is best.
Sorry but unless you have a lot of experience in body work repair ANYTHING you do yourself will be visible and possibly look worse than the damage itself.
Bodaywork repair and respay is the single most expensive repair to a car there's.
Remove son from insurance, make a repayment contract and give him a kick in the ****.
You MAY find you can polish out some of the scratches, but you are best leaving dents alone as that can just make them worse.Smart repair may be possible on some others and even on some dents but don't put your hope up too high.
Really sorry it's bad news and not what you wanted to hear, but it is the ugly truth.
I really had a very hard time trying to figure out your problem. He did smth to it… And I'm not sure what could cause it not to start by smth to it. I have never been involved with repaining a car. I don't know what that is. I'm not sure what you "thou" son does to paing for it?
Just buff it out.

- Is a car intake bad or good for your car? I need experts to answer this. Can't find a straight answer online. I have a 2012 honda civic si and want to get a k and n cold air intake only if it is not bad for my car and gives me better gas mileage. Will it give me better mpg? My dad said not to get because the japanese engineers know the optimal amount of air my engine should be getting and believes it will entually ruin my valves. Any info is thanks.
