Remote starter for my Honda CRV works everywhere except at my apartment?

My CRV was bought new in summer 2016 and I had a remote starter installed. Last winter, at my old apartment and everywhere I went, the remote start works perfectly. This winter, it works great from my office (2 story brick building with my car parked almost a football field away from me) and almost everywhere I go… EXCEPT at my apartment (and the Walgreens right across the street). My boyfriend drives a Chevy Equinox (2011) and his remote start works perfectly at our apartment. I will even stand a foot away from the driver's door of my CRV and it still won't work! Honda has been NO help to me and just keeps saying that there must be some signal messing with it… But that doesn't make sense why my boyfriend's car works (he parks right next to me). I paid almost $1,000 for this feature and I'm frustrated it won't work when I start my car in the morning (when the car is at it's coldest). I've even tried parking my car in several different spots and nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue or have any idea how to fix it?

Honda HR-V or Honda CR-V?

Which is better in terms of safety, looks hp, gas, etc? I'm getting a car soon and thinking about these 2.

2009 Honda Crv New Ac Compressor clutch not engaging

Here is my story. I have been having problems with my AC all summer. I was told I needed a new compressor and condenser. I purchased a spectro (made in China) compressor and condenser. The compressor was engaging on and off continuously and the car was vibrating so I had to return it after two months. I then bought a used Honda compressor and the clutch was skipping while spinning. Finally I surrendered and bought a NEW Honda compressor. The compressor does not come with coil and clutch assembly so I had to purchase them separately. I put them together as shown in the diagram, filled the compressor with 80ML of PAG 46 oil and installed the coil and clutch as shown. Today, I went to my mechanic to put Freon in the system, but the clutch was not engaging. It was not spinning at all. There's power going into the compressor and the compressor is working, just not the clutch. Could I have installed the clutch assembly incorrectly? Is there a certain procedure that I had to follow? Am I missing something? Please help. 2009 Honda Crv New Ac Compressor clutch not engaging - 1

Want to buy a used SUV on Craigslist, anything I should be mindful of?

I'm looking to buy a 2015/2016 Toyota RAV4 or Honda CRV from a random stranger on Craigslist. I'm not good with cars, so is there anything specific I should check and make sure nothing is wrong with the vehicle? Or would a 2015/2016 still be considered so new that there should be no major concerns?
