I got a new car for Christmas but I don't like it

I got a Honda Fit but wanted a Honda CR-V.

Can I get a title loan on it?

Boo Hoo.

If you offer anything of value as a security then someone, somewhere, will probably offer you a loan against it as long as you are aged 18 or over. It also depends upon whether whoever bought you the car did so outright or has purchased it using finance in which case there will already be a lien on the title. If that's the case then you have no chance of a further loan on the title.

You definitely won't like the loan amount you're offered in return, nor will you like the interest rate. You certainly won't like the far higher insurance premiums charged on a CR-V.

In short, you're asking in the wrong place. The only answers which matter will be from pawn shops and other securities lenders.

You don't like it you can give it too me

Write a scathing letter to Santa telling him just how disappointed you are!

If you OWN it outright, free of debt, and it is in good shape, no reason you could not get a loan against the title.

Go buy your own another car and not us.

Another spoiled kid bytching about their terrible life.

At least you got something for Christmas unlike me…

I'll take it
