Front wheel doesn't rotate freely in new bike?

Front wheel doesn't rotate freely in honda shine dx with cbs disc brake which is only 3 days old.
Is it normal for wheels with disc brakes to rotate slightly sticky or is it a faulty brake assembly? I'm very confused because front wheel doesn't freely like rear wheel.
Service center is too far away from my home and the showroom guys says brake condition is normal.

They will drag alittle until they break in.

It is perfectly normal for the pads to touch the disc, so therefore, a small amount of friction is to be expected. A wheel fitted with disc brakes will not spin freely, like a drum-braked wheel. However, if the friction is causing heat to build up on the disc, (without you using the brakes), then there may be a problem with the brake.

Disc brake pads always brush the rotor (disc) lightly. The brakes are still not fully bedded in. I expect you have used the rear brake more and so those pads will be operating correctly. It takes about 100 miles to bed in new pads.

Brakes and wheel bearings MAY be a bit tight for a while, but should loosen up with use. If it's still "slightly sticky" after a hundred miles or so, then it's time to go see the dealer's service department.

Disc brake pads always have contact with the rotor. It is new so don't sweat the small stuff!
