1990 Acura integra won't start?

I have a 90 Acura integra LS that won't start when I turn the key nothing happens just the lights on the dashboard come up but no crank my only two guesses are it's either the main relay/pump relay or starter. I had a similar experience with a other Honda witch turned out to be the starter. I just need your guys help rite now will the pump relay cause it to do no crank? Or what else can it be? I was told it could've been the clutch also but I press it down and try starting it and nothing still.

Why do some people buy new cars to save gas?

It seems like people complain about high gas prices so they go and buy these expensive gas saving cars. Usually a Honda or Toyota hybrid that's about $35,000 dollars. So what's the point of buying the car if you just wasted all that money. You could have just used that money for gas.
Don't you think it's better to just buy a cheap $1,000 dollar Honda and save all that money for gas? Because buying the new car you pretty much threw all the money away.

How to debaffle my 86 honda magna 700/750?

as is its just very quite and kind of a safety concern when riding.

Where is the best place to sit in the Rose Bowl for a concert?

I'm planing on going to the One Direction concert in September at the Rose Bowl but I'm not sure what is the best section to sit in or what seats either; other than the floor seats. I've only been to Staples and The Honda Center but never the Rose Bowl so I'm not sure where the best seats are other than the floor seats. Please recommend the best sections and seats to sit in because I have to buy them soon… P.S. Like i mentioned before, I don't want the floor seats so please don't recommend them.

Reasons to buy a preowned car?

My parents are insistent on buying me a brand new car.

I just need a car that will get me to places even though I like new cars.

They have bought me a brand new car before, without consulting me.

It was a Honda hybrid and it STILL had a minor problem. Probably not enough to be a lemon.

Since it has no problems, my sister and I swapped cars and now I drive her 2002 junky car because she's a reckless driver and she moved to the city.

I'm not sure if it will last until I have enough money saved to buy a preowned, decent car. I might have to turn to my parents.

They don't have a lot of money right now and they're trying to sell the house but they're retired (they had me when they were kinda old).

Don't cars lose a big chunk of their value within a year especially when driving off a lot?

Maybe I can meet them halfway and ask for a car as not older than five years?

What are some reasons I can convince them if my car breaks down for the last time?

How to approach someone to buy a car?

I saw this nice 89 honda hatch down the street from where I live. It's always in the driveway and we'll maintained. The owner doesn't seem to drive it like a daily. Maybe once every 2 months. I want to approach him to ask if he is willing to sell his car. I do not know him and don't even know knows me. How should I approach this? Walk up to his house and ask if he's going to sell it? He's a complete stranger don't forget and I have no clue if it's his or his dads or his, he is around 20 something and the dad is around 50 ish.
