I'm thinking about buying a Volvo or Honda from pick n pull and was wondering if a lot of people have come across problems with their car after they bought it from there. Of course I'll have it inspected first but I'd still like to know the chances of getting legitimate good car from there that I wouldn't have to do much to for awhile
I have a 2003 Honda Oddessy it makes a while noise only when I accelerate. If I let off the gas it stops and goes away. What could it possibly be? Sounds like it's coming from the driver side for sure.
So i have to buy a used car and the vezel looks like a good option but its a hybrid is it worth the money?

Long story
My boyfriend of two years and I just had a baby in February and lived together since October 2016. In December he got my car impounded for getting a DUI. He said he would get it out but never did… It's gone and he hasn't even given me a dollar for it. It was a paid off working older Honda but it was in working condition.
I overhear him talking to his friend a few weeks ago about how he wanted to go to Vegas and have five or six naked hoes and how he wanted to party with them. Ok dude we're 33 years old.
I'm on disability and he was laid off around the same time. In March he got 1800 and gave me $380 for bills his portion of the bills is $800. He said he didn't get the money and that unemployment took the money because he was overpaid. That was a lie, I was mosey and checked his card for transactions of deposits and he got the money. I let it slide and didn't say anything. I figure he was trying to save but NOPE he lost it all at the casino and the rest on alcohol. Long story short he is still lying about the money and gave me $360 this month and just got paid again and went out partying with some 25 year old all night. Kind you he hasn't been going out to clubs and kick backs the past two months. Like am I overreacting? Should I dump him if so how I mean I don't want hi to know I checked his card and whatever. Oh ya I have 4 kids from a previous marriage and here's he is using me for a house and food and utilities.

A dealer keep pushing me to the limit after I told him various times I'll pass on the deal, but he wouldn't stop coming back to me this happened yesterday
It continuously appears on the dashboard. 
I recently bought a used car from a Dealership in San Diego 2 hours away with 3000 miles or 3 months warranty and after the third day the transmission started jerking and slipping. I then called the dealership and explain the problems he then said to take it to Honda for a diagnostic. So I took the car to Honda and they told me that the transmission was bad. The dealer than compensated me with the diagnostic fee. When I took them the car to get fixed from their own mechanic the car had 500 Miles more for the warranty and they told me to come back and about two to three days but that they would call me first so then after they called me three days later that they replace the transmission but before they replaced it they had called me and told me that the transmission was good but that they replace it anyways. So I drove out there 2 hours away have to miss two days of work to find out after inspecting the vehicle that they never change the transmission. It has the same stain under the transmission casing and the oil level was the same burnt transmission fluid but before I had inspected the vehicle he arrived and gave me the keys and instantly took off and he also intentionally tempered with the car's odometer so that when I would to drive a block away the mileage would be on my last mile of warranty. So I called them instantly before driving off to State the issues they had and the pinpoints of him not replacing the transmission and tampering with the odometer.
When I back up It has that quick initial metal stretching sound and I only noticed it after the alignment was done. What is it and how should I fix this?
