- Front wheel doesn't rotate freely in new bike? Front wheel doesn't rotate freely in honda shine dx with cbs disc brake which is only 3 days old. Is it normal for wheels with disc brakes to rotate slightly sticky or is it a faulty brake assembly? I'm very confused because front wheel doesn't freely like rear wheel.
