When I reverse my car and turn the wheel all the way to the side, my engine cuts out. I just did a diagnostics and got the code P0505 (idle control system malfunctioning). Does this sound like the characteristic of this problem?

So I was driving and saw steam/my car was overheating and I parked. Coolant reservoir was empty so I filled it, and it looked like there's a crack in the hose in the photo in the link. Its not a radiator hose but I'm not sure what it is, hopefully it isn't a hard fix. Thanks
I was washing my car and lifted the wipers up to clean under them and folded them down later. That night it rained and I flipped them on. The wipers go up but not back down. When they try to go down its making a clicking noise as well?

Honda Accord 2013 A/C + Engine Starter issue?
Added (1). I've a Honda Accord 2013. Everytime I try to use the A/C the engine won't start. I've replace the battery and alternator but the issue still unresolved. With the new battery and alternator the issue still persist. If i don't use the A/C the car functions just fine but if I do the car won't start. What should I check?
Added (2). And to be clear if I use the AC it drains the battery completely. This causes the car not to start. Also this is after the car alternator and battery have been replaced brand new.
I just did a muffler delete and it sounds nice but I'm looking for more oomph to it. So I looked into deleting the resonator and I'm undecided as to if I should or not. Can I get some help please?
I added some oil because i was low, that didn't seem to fix the problem. When the car is idling its is a very slow pop-pop-pop-pop but when i give it gas it goes away. Also, if i'm driving on flat or slighly downhill ground the light stays on, but stops blinking. When i go uphill it begins blinking again. Any ideas?
