Radio harness for Chevy Cobalt 2007?

I'm trying to replace the radio in my Chevy cobalt 2007 because it doesn't work. I have been told I need a radio harness for it. At Best Buy it was $99… I know they are way cheaper. Have replaced a radio in my old car which was a Honda Civic and I don't remember much about the harness, but if I got one it was pretty inexpensive.

I have been searching and all the ones for Chevy cobalt 2007 are super expensive, more than I'm willing to pay right now. My question is, do I NEED a harness for replacing the radio? Or is there any place I can find them cheaper?

Passenger side window won't go up after radio stolen?

Recently my car was stolen about a week later we found the car and the only thing really missing was the radio which had been stolen. The window of the passenger side was also all the way down. Now, it won't go back up. Any ideas what could happened or how to fix it? I'm thinking it had something to do with the stolen radio and maybe a cable or something getting disconnected?

The car is a 1996 Honda Civic with power windows.

Checked the fuses and they are good.

Buy a car before moving out of state or pocket the money and wait?

Added (1). I recently was in a car accident 3 days ago, my 2002 honda civic EX 117k miles with a salvage/rebuilt title was T-boned when I had a left turn on a green arrow. The woman ran the red light and hit me. I'm moving in October out of state and wasn't anticipating my car getting totaled. Should I pocket the insurance money and wait? Buy a car here then license it in the different state? Or buy the car here, license it here and move?

Moving from Omaha NE to Tampa FL. Not sure what my best option is

How can Americans Afford Such Nice First Cars?

I've seen so many Americans that have been able to afford cars like Honda Civic Si EM1's, Toyota MR2's, Subaru Imprezas, BMW's etc for their first car. These cars being cars that I could never even dream of affording to insure as a first car. I've got a Renault Clio 1.2 and I can barely afford the insurance on that. How do they afford it? Is insurance extremely cheap in the US?

Why might my car not be starting?

We have a 2014 Honda Civic, we made 2 trips today and it was running fine. Started right up no problem. We were trying to go to sonic and it wouldn't start at all. The engine didn't turn over there was just a click. The radio still comes on, the door ding still happens, but when you turn the key the lights on the dash surge all weird. Anyone have any idea why it won't start?

How to go about selling a car i still make payments on?

So i bought my first car a year ago, 2013 honda civic, its still an excellent car, and i can still afford my payments(financed car) but as much as i love this thing i want to start saving money to pursue other things.

As i can get around town where i live now and work with just a bicycle, dropping insurance and car payments would save me quite a bit of money!

So i ask how i go about trying to sell my beloved car!
