I have a 97 Honda Civic and my shakes when I brake. What could be the problem?
I had the brakes, rotors, and wheel bearings looked at and the mechanic said nothing was wrong with them.

Ok so, about 2 weeks ago I picked up a BRAND NEW '15 Civic from my local dealer, and some bulbs on my car are LED others are not. I was wondering that if I switched all my lights to LED if that would void the warranty/extended warranty? Being that the lights are "aftermarket". And also, can I use regular LED bulbs or do they have to be "CANBUS Compatible?" LED bulbs
How to changed my fuel filter in a 96 Honda Civic EX? - 1
Me, my boyfriend, and my two kids (7 and 5 month old) were involved in a serious collision on the highway. A big HINO truck rear ended the car behind me and then my car that I was driving. The entire trunk of my Honda Civic is gone. My 5 month old has some hearing loss in her right ear. My daughter suffued a concussion and some damage to her teeth. Also, she has been acting a bit strange lately, hopefully there's no brain injury but that's something that we will investigate. My boyfriend has a pinched nerve in his back and is no longer able to work ( who knows for how long). I had to drop my courses at university due to a back sprain I can't finish the rest of the summer term. How much do you think we can get for all this? I mean no amount of money will bring back all of my baby's hearing or change the fact that my 7 year old had a concussion. We live in Canada the laws are different here.
Ok so I was parked on a hill and the car engine was off, then without starting the car I shifted to reverse (I thought the car was on) and the car began to move backwards… My brakes were not working (because the car was 'off'), I then shifted the car to neutral as I was going backwards and then park - it is here where I heard a fast clicking sound and the car finally came to a stop. I drove around afterwards and everything was fine. By the way this is a 2012 honda civic LX automatic.
I'm going to buy one of those cars and I want to know the best things about them both. What do you guys recommend.
Honda civic cx hatch '98
Ok so I have a 1997 Honda Civic that's in good shape but the sound is trash. Anytime the the music is at a low volume it sounds fine but at meduim or high volumes the sound is distorted. I thought the speakers were the problem so I replaced the ones on the door but it sounded a little bit better but really about the same. What do I need to have louder speakers without the distorted sound? A new head unit? A subwoofer? A new amplifier?
3rd gear grinds?
So I bought this '98 honda civic cx(213,000miles) and sometimes the 3rd gear grinds a bit. What would be the cause of it? Clutch slipping?
Also the steering wheel shakes when I broke after a certain speed(warped rotors or possibly wheel alignment is needed?)
And lastly when downshifting 5th to 4th gear I have to shift slow or else it grids.
What could be the problems in your opinion and how much would each cost
I put an 1/8 of a gallon of a mixture of gas and oil into the gas tank of my 2008 Honda Civic and drove about 3 miles to a gas station. When I got to the gas station I only filled up with about another 2 gallons and then drove home. The car drove fine and I noticed no difference. How bad is this for my engine? If I drained my gas tank right now and filled it with gas would it be fine?
