Subaru Legacy 2.5GT or Honda Accord 6mt?

I'm in the market for a new car. I'm upgrading from my first (automatic) car, and I'm looking to get into a manual, with some power. I'm deciding between 2 cars, a 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT and a 2004 Honda Accord V6 6 speed. Both make good power, and the Subaru is a bit faster. I live in a region where it snows during the winter, so the AWD could be an advantage, although I could do with FWD. I also like the Subaru name (more respect than Honda, Gold Rim rights). The Accord is a coupe where the Legacy is a 4 door sedan. Both are within my budget of $6,500. Obviously the choice would be Subaru, but here's the catch. The Legacy has 130K on the odo, where the Honda has only 96k. So, should I get the Honda with the reliability, or the Legacy with the practicality and AWD? Will I have any expensive problems with the Subaru?

How long do BMW X5's last?

I need a new vehicle for college and I have been researching good cars. I'm currently employed. I currently drive a 2003 cadillac deville with 146,000 miles on it. There are too many problems with it to keep dumping money into it. (i.e. Oil leak) I have always wanted a BMW X5. There's a 2006 X5 for sale local auto dealership that I viewed today. It currently has 100,146 miles on it and the asking price is $11,450. Which for a BMW is not bad at all. I would trade in my current car with a blue book value of $1,000 (give or take a few hundred) with a down payment of $1,200. So i would finance roughly $9,250 (plus taxes and optional 3 year warranty) for 36 months. My question is would this be worth it? How many miles can I expect to get out of it? Would there be any problems with it before its paid off? Do I need to bring it to a special service center for oil changes etc? As with it being a BMW i would expect it to have a high repair cost anyway. However, because of the prestige BMW name and being that they do cost so much up front, that theoretically they would be built more higher end, to last longer on average? The interior and the look of the car appear brand new. This would be my first car and I would have a co-signer. I really want this car because i don't want to be that boring person that drives a honda accord or toyota camry. They are such ordinary cars and my friends all have them. So if this car isn't worth it then, would someon offer suggestions please?

What's the name of this part on my 95 Honda accord?

It's located on the bottom right next to the engine and belts. All I know is it has to do with the brake fluid, I could be wrong though. It's compromised so I'm trying to replace it, just don't know what its called or how much it costs. Would it be a problem if I let the car run with an open hole?

Why does my car shake when its on drive?

And reverse but not when its on park or neutral but when I'm at a stop only, the vibrating goes away when I drive, and when i turn on the AC the vibrating gets worse. Which results in a really loud vibrating with the AC on, I've took it to some mechanics and they don't really know the problem its a 2005 Honda accord lx

Buying a car from BMW in Alberta?

So I went into bmw today and looked at a car that was $82000. I'm trading in my old honda accord and they said they would completely buy out the loan so no negative equity would need to be buried. I'm borrowing 44000 from BMW Canada Finance but am putting 50000 down from my stocks and share investments. That takes about 5-7 business days to process. The dealership told me that once an approval from the bank has been pushed through and I have an accepted approval from the bank I could take the car home without putting the 50000 down prior to delivery and that I would just need to pay them when I had the funds available as they just want the sale. My question is this; if I can't access the 50000 in funds from my stocks and I've already taken delivery of my new vehicle and they took my old one, what would happen? On the paperwork it says that the downpayment mentioned is 50000. But total due on delivery is 0. Would I be charged with grand theft auto if I fail to make the down payment even though the paperwork says nothing was due upon delivery? Would the dealership be at fault? I'm a little confused.

Basically I bought a car. Got approved for a 44000 loan but required to put down 50000 but not upon delivery. I'm not giving them a check. They re willing to release it to me before me giving the down payment. What are the legal concerns I should be worried about? Who would be at fault and why?

First time car buyer, no credit, no cosigner (possible cosigner)?

I wanted to know if it's truly possible to get a car without any credit or a cosigner, my sister could be a possible cosigner but she's young just like me but in a way not sure if I can trust her. I believe I can makes payments if I'm under her. But I'm just worried about one day if she might mess up on herself if that will affect me etc…

But anywho she was able to get her car without a cosigner because my mom has bad credit, she paid cash and is financing I was wondering if I do the same I can get a car too. I wanted to trade in a van and put a down payment of $1000-$2000 down. As long as I faithfully pay monthly I can get it right?

Oh btw the car I want is a 2010 Honda Accord ex-l like $14,000 my dad said a car dealer like that is "lying" that I need a cosigner so I'm kinda confused do I need a consigner or no? Is it possible please help. Oh also I make like $700 almost every check so he says I qualify so
