What could I mess up from over accelerating a 2001 Honda Civic?

I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX 4dr 1.7ltr. I was coming home from work at night and I felt like driving fast ( I was already going 80) and I floored it to just under 100 and both my belts popped off. Luckily I was just before my Fwy exit so I made it home and the next day I got new belts but now I'm running into more problems. My harmonic balancer rolls a bit wobbly and I tightened it but when I started the car the bigger belt slipped off even though I'm sure its tight. What could my problem be?

1999 Honda Civic Car Performance?

Okay so i bought this car yesterday, and there's barely any rust at all, i know the guy who sold it to me for 2300$ the car Engine was replaced, and the Engine itself has 88,000 Miles, but the car itself has 230,000. Will this car perform last me years and years if the engine has that but the car has that many miles? Everything was well taken car of, i was just wondering if replacing the engine this car is now considered to only have 88,000 miles on it now that the engine was replace.

Will the Car Auto Body bring back my car to exactly how it looked like before the accident?

I've had a 2014 honda civic ex coupe for just 3 months and It was rear ended then hit on the back side of the driver side just behind the door and has a big dent with paint that came off and some from the other car. On the back of the car the bumper fell off and the damage didn't look so bad. At first when I took my car to the shop, they said that the cosmetic damage done to the car added up to $4102. I called back a few days later asking how the car was and they then told me the car had additional problems and that $4k jumped to $9,000 in damages. They said they will give me a list full of exactly what problems the car had when I get the car back but I'm worried that because the damages were so costly, my car may end up being screwed up in the future. Do you think the auto body shop will be able to get it to exactly how it was before the accident, and if not, is there something I can do about it?

Should I take my financed car back to the dealership I bought it from to get it appraised?

I've been financing an 05 honda civic for a little over a year. This was my first car ever and I was very naive and I'm now finding myself learning about many things that I wish I was better prepared for, but I guess this is part of learning. In any event, my credit sucks and as of recently it has gone from very poor to poor so I'm hoping to get a new car soon. I went to a new dealership, they pulled my carfax and told me that my car was in an accident in 09 and pretty much 80% of the car was damaged. I'm of course kicking myself in the *** for not asking for one. But alas I'm in this situation and am trying to get out of it. The new dealership suggests I sell the car on my own, because they can't give me much for it and it would make my payments ridiculous with the negative equity.

I'm considering taking the car back to the dealership that sold it to me and seeing what they would give me. Has anyone been in a similar predicament? I'm kicking myself daily for the poor decision I made. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

2002 Honda Civic Heat and A/C problem

So my heat and air do not work at all. All the fuses are good, blower motor is good, replaced the resistor and the fan works when we tested it but still nothing. I mean nothing works at all. I can't even use the back window defroster. Does anyone know what's wrong or has anyone ever had this problem?

Should I buy a cheap car or pay off a newer car?

So long story short, the car I had gave out on me. It was a 2002 VW Passat that I bought for a pretty decent price with money I saved up, however I always had to fix things here and there and it all added up. PLUS because it was a German car, maintenance and fixes were ridiculously expensive (Just to replace the water pump costed me $1100!). Now I'm carless yet saving money up, I get around using the bus or rides from my parents but I need a car to get me from point A to B, I can only do this for so long! My question is if I should just buy a decent used car until it dumps on me again or should I pay off a relatively newer used car something not too expensive (for example a Kia Forte or 2012 Honda cIvic) that'l last me in the long run? I'm currently a full time sophomore in college and work full time as well to pay tuition yet I still have money left over. I make at least 1100 a month. I have enough for a 3000 dollar down payment right now if I choose to pay it off.
