97 honda civic lx showing up with alot of problem after a rainy day. What is it?

I been driving my car before and i never seem to have this problem i have now. I was driving my car while it was raining and the Mile/speed and RPM meter stopped working, the AC also stopped working wish fogged my windows on the car. After 30min the car started to stall like it was lossing power which it did and die on me. Took it to the mechanic he replaced the alternator the car seem fine but the problems then persisted it hapeng again a few hour after. Took it back he changed a relay which fixed the RPM meter again but the mile/speed meter wasn't working still. After that the problem persisted and the RPM meter started going crazy.

The Air Bag light came on and i knew from experience that the car was gonna die. The car is starting to shake like is just running from the energy left from battery.

So what do you guys think the problem is?
Bad relay?
Do you guy think the car computer got whet after passing throw a puddle?

2004 Honda civic check engine light on p0128?

I took my car to autozone to check the engine light and it gave me p0128 code. It says low coolant or faulty temp sensor. I do a little research and mostly everyone says its a thermostat problem. Which should I believe?

Is a honda civic 2006 or 2007 a good car?

I have around £4000 to spend for a used car and so far it is the car that catches my interior and exterior.

But i'm not very clued up on how it is for reliability and fuel consumption and insurance.

Maintenance light on, what is wrong?

So just today my Main Req'd light turned on and was flashing after I filled my car up with gas and went away. When I turn my car on again it flashes. It hasn't flashed before I filled my tank. I have a 2001 Honda Civic and never have had any problems with her. Every once in a while the left blinker blinks really fast, and I know that means one of my lights is about to go out. Other than that i don't know what it could be.

What gas grade should I use on my old car?

I have a 1989 HOnda Civic LX, the previous owner said I should use 93 octane, but I don't really know why do I need to shell out another 2-3 bucks on a full tank. On the manual of

Honda Civic Automatic Transmission?

The family has a 2001 Civic with 305,000Km and the automatic transmission is starting to break. I want to replace it instead of rebuilding it. I found a used automatic transmission from a store that imports transmissions from Japan. It only has about 60,000Km.

But they said its a 3 Speed automatic transmission without overdrive…

Is that going to be a problem? And did Japan use 3 speed automatic transmissions when they made the 01 Civic?
How will a 3 speed automatic differ from my current 4 speed automatic?

What's maintenance like for a used manual car in the US?

I'm looking into buying a used car with a manual transmission, particularly a Honda Civic or VW Golf. Does anyone have experience with this type of situation?

What would the maintenance be like for these cars? How often? Is it expensive?

Any other advice is much appreciated.
