Is it a good idea to buy a used Honda Civic with 125,000 miles? Advice?

It's on Craigslist. I've talked to the seller, and he says it's clean, spacious, runs like new, has a clean title, and is in excellent condition. 125k miles is not very many miles for a car that was built over 13 years ago. He wants to sell it for $4300, which is above the Kelly Blue Book value of $3600-$3800. I would like to pay no more than market price for it (preferably less).

I plan to test drive it and possibly have it inspected before purchasing, but I also do not want to pay above Blue Book value for it.

Any advice/suggestions about whether this would be a good investment? How long will a Honda Civic last me? And how could I haggle him down?

Added (1). Forgot to mention:

It's a 2001 Honda Civic LX.

Why do people always take pictures of my car?

I was driving home today and there was a couple of slow cars in front me, so I switched lanes to get in front of the one that was next to me, and then I got in front of the one that was in front of me lol anyways I'm going about 60 in a 45 (I know, speeding), and I look in my rear view mirror and see this car switching lanes a lot. I stop at the red light and they're speeding up to catch up to me so they can get behind me. Once they stop behind my car, the freaking lady pulls out her phone and takes a couple pictures of my car. This is like the 10th time it's happened to me. Why? I can understand before because my car was matte black, but it's silver now, nothing special! And it's an 09 Honda Civic coupe. Like I said NOTHING Really SPECIAL! Why do people take pictures of my car? I don't understand! And I don't like it!

Honda Civic Alternator stuck?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic and I've loosened all the bolts I need to to remove the alternator belt, but the alternator itself won't move. Any tips on how to break it free so I can get that belt off?

Car makes noise in the highway

I have a 2003 Honda Civic. When I hit 55mph and up a noise that sounds like a rock stuck in a fan will start or like hitting a plastic chair with a stick too fast (i don't know it just sounds violent but not like the vehicle is about to break down). This noise seems to come from behind or near where the cabin filters are. I'd love some feedback on what it could be.
