What is the best year for the Honda Fit?

I really like the Fit, but I've heard that different years of the car have different pros and cons, for example the 2011 gets very loud on the highway, and the 2012 rear seats recline.

I'm not looking for a new car and can only probably afford up to a 2012, no more that $15 K.

So far what I can tell is that the 2012 is the best version. I want to have this car for a long time, and I'm planning on starting a family within the next 4 years or so, so there needs to be sufficient room.

What's the best year of the car?

Want to install better car stereo but am confused how to make sure what I buy will fit into my car? Confused?

I want to install a new stereo system in my car and see those cars out there with the big screens on their stereos and I want something like that, but I have a 1993 honda civic and am honestly confused on how I would buy something like that and it would fit into the dash of my car. Do I have to buy something the exact same size? Do they come with speakers too? Can anyone give me any ideas on where to start. I'm really confused.

Which of these cars should I avoid, which do you think is the best?

I may be in the market for a new car soon, my current Toyota Echo (2001) is having issues. I'm looking through some websites and I found a few that I like the look of, but I don't know anything about cars in general so I need some help. Here's what's important to me:

- safety rating
- fuel efficiency
- space (needs to be able to hold a lot of stuff for road trips)
- longevity

The cars I'm looking at right now are

- Honda Fit
- Toyota Yaris
- Mazda 3
- Dodge Caliber
- Kia Soul
- Toyota Matrix
- Hyundai Veloster
- Nissan Versa
- Nissan Juke
- Volkswagen Golf

A lot of these are based on look alone. Which of these cars, based on my needs, should I stay away from, and which should I look into more?

Accidentally put 89 octane instead of 87?

I filled up my grandmas 2010 Honda Fit yesterday and I accidentally hit 89 octane instead of the regular 87 she puts in. Will this harm the engine? She does 100% city driving and has roughly 25,000kms on it if that helps.

Added (1). I should've said otherwise. It wasn't really accidental. The machine said "the grade selected is unavailable" so I pushed 89. Just clarifying.

Can two kayaks and a paddle board fit on the roof of a car?

Hi. I just purchased two kayaks (the kind you sit on top of not inside of) at the spur of the moment last year and my family loves them. We were considering getting a (stand-up) paddle board as well but we wanted to make sure we could fit it on the roof along with the two kayaks. We use the J hooks for the kayaks on top of a Honda minivan.

Would this work? If so, how?

Where can I get tail light bulbs?

I'm getting new tail lights for my 2001 honda civic and I need 04-05 civic turn signal bulbs to fit into the new tail light. Other than a dealer ship, is there any other place I can get the bulbs for cheaper?

What do I do about this car situation?

I'm a 16 year old girl and i'm about to get my drivers license in August. I'm in need of a car because I'm taking college classes 30 minutes from home during highschool and I have to drive back and forth every day. Let me start off by saying I'm NOT spoiled. I don't know if this whole thing comes off like that but I swear to god, if anything I'm the opposite of spoiled. My mom recently got a car for a good deal from a friend. We had been looking for a small gas saver car for me. She bought it without asking me about it. The previous owner used moth balls in it and for months I've tried getting the smell out, it makes me extremely nauseous and I can't drive around with the smell in it, but I can't get it out. This car has good gas mileage but is also a stick, and I've tried learning so many times but I honestly get too stressed to learn. We also traded in our SUV for another SUV which has terrible gas mileage. This car is automatic, but if I drove this one if constantly have to trade back and forth anyway so my dad could drive it sometimes, otherwise he'd have to load wood into a Honda fit. I don't have the money to buy a new car or spend a lot on gas. But stick is almost impossible to learn for me and I can't feel nauseous all the time. I really don't know what I'm supposed to do in this situation. Any help?

Best Harley for a short, petite woman?

I'm 5'3" and 110 lbs. I Just bought a Road King for my Fiance for his birthday, and when we go on road trips we can both fit on that, but I kind of want one for myself (like while he's at work and I'm stuck at home with nothing to do. There's no way I'd be able to handle a Road King by my tiny self). I've looked into a few smaller sized Harley's, but I just want to hear people's personal experiences/opinions on which is the best smaller sized bike. Also other brands you like that would be easy for me to handle (Honda, etc)
