Bought a brand new 2017 Honda rebel?

Never owned a bike before just got this bike up to 80 miles today and noticed when I shift the click noise is starting to get more noticeable is the bike just getting broken in and thats normal or do I have problems

Can changing rear shocks of my bike will increase the comfort?

I have a Honda CG125 Titan (5 gear) model bike, i love everything about it except for the comfort. I bought it second hand and increased the cushion of the seat. It feels slightly better now. I'm thinking of changing its rear shocks in to GAS Charged or better shocks from some indian motorcycle brand. Will this help to increase the comfort or it will do a little difference? Can someone experienced in this help me? Thanks am million!

Added (1). I did change the shocks in to NITRO CHARGED GAS SHOCKS

It feels like brand new again. No more back pains or bad pot hole shocks. I don't have to build new roads or buy a new car also! I wrote down the full story in the below link for those who are interested to read in the future

Added (1). The bike supposedly hasn't been ridden in 8 months, needs new tires, muffler needs to be repacked, but it apparently recently had a thorough rebuild. Despite this, it is a difficult bike to kick start. From the pics it looks as if it used to have been raced.
