How to remove a rusty/seized lawnmower blade?

So I recently bought a new 21" blade for my old Honda mower, and then discovered the bolts that hold the old blade on are literally seized with rust. I've cleaned up the bolts with a wire-brush angle grinder attachment and soaked the area in WD40. Using a socket wrench and a pipe for leverage over the wrench I still can't get them to budge, the only result I got was a cracked 14mm socket. I've also tried giving the wrench sharp hits with a hammer and don't seem to get anywhere with that either. I've heard about heating the area with a blow torch before trying and have yet to give that a shot. But I'm wondering if anyone else has any suggestions that might help get these two bolts off. Cheers

Which business to start up?

I'm moving to a small town that is sort of in the middle of two large towns, each large town is 30 minutes roughly from where I'm at. Thing is, there's not many jobs located there, and I don't want to commute 30 minutes. I'm multi-talented, I can do many things such as cake decorating, floral design, wedding dress design, automotive detailing, automotive restoration, horse training, artwork… Etc. I'm thinking of either starting a floral business or a automotive detail business with light auto body work option. Thing is… I'm not sure if the automotive is a real demand? The closest floral shop is probably 10 - 20 miles away. I have tons of customer service experience, I've been a florist for about 2 years, right now I sell Honda's and train horses on the side. If anyone has an opinion they would like to share or any advice it would be greatly appreciated. I know the floral would cost more than the automotive business to start up. Maybe possibly do a wedding floral business with a bakery in it so they can get flowers and cake ordered at the same time? I've been throwing ideas around in my head all the time. The town I'm moving to has about 700 people. I'm a single mother, as well. That's why I think it would be nice to have my own business where I can make my own hours. Thanks in advanced!

Added (1). I may add I have not moved to the town yet. I just moved into MN a little under two years ago so I guess I can say I don't know what needs can be met or improved upon. I plan on asking around but just want some opinions. The problem is - I have to many skills I enjoy doing. If there was a job that included everything I'm good at & enjoy doing then I would probably be doing that already. I appreciate your honesty though.

99 Honda passport gettting power but randomly won't crank/start?

It gets power. The battery is fully charged, the terminals are nice and tight and the lights and radio all work fine. Its not a fuse and its not due to a bad battery. It only happens randomly. At first I thought it was the security system but i'm not sure because after 20+ min. It'll start like nothing was wrong. Anyone else have this problem? Or have a solution?

How come skyline can't be made in usa under infinity?

I mean there's an Honda nsx under acura nsx in the us. There's Honda Euro that is not avaible in the us but they have an acura tsx replacement for it. Is it only a thing under honda and acura that can make it? I mean why couldn't infinity have made a us version of the r34 r33 r32 skyline GTR in the us?

Added (1). I know the GTR doesn't pass the US law that is why I'm asking why can't infinity make it like Honda and acura does with the nsx/ the honda euro/acura tsx
