Theft Claim is being investigated. Should I be concerned?

Earlier this week, my car got broken into and had some interior parts stolen. I called the police immediately and filed a police report. I also called my insurance company and notified them of the incident. They had an adjuster come out and assess the damage. I have been in contact with adjuster and deciding how to proceed. On Friday, he said my claim is being investigated. I'm not sure what this means. He didn't provide too many details but only said that this is common step with theft or partial thefts. Can anyone confirm if this is a normal step?

I drive a car that is pretty common for break-ins (late/ early 2000s Honda) and live in a decent part of town. I had one other car stolen but this was almost 8 years ago and with a different insurance provider. Any input is appreciated.

What's the longest amount of time your car has spent at a repair shop?

2 years ago, I brought my car to a friend's shop and it sat there for 2.5 months and it sucks because the only thing that needs to be replaced was the hood since it had dents and some rust. I brought it there since i don't have the tools. I mean, it's a Honda it's one of the easiest cars to get parts for and i told him to find any color hood so it should be easy. When i scavenged my own parts in the junkyard I was able to find a spoiler and a headlight within a day, a hood should be easier to find!

Is my carburetor flooded?

So, I have a 1985 Honda Elite 80 CH80 Scooter that I just got back up and running after about 2 years of sitting in my garage. I rode it over to a friends house and had it parked in their driveway completely turned off and everything. Someone came home and said that they saw it and pulled the throttle all the way down and held it/ played with it for a little bit. It did start back up and I rode it home.

My only concern is that although the scooter was completely off, they may have flooded the carburetor. Is this even possible?

It started up and ran like normal. Just kind of worrying here.

Anything would help!

I rear ended this car yesterday coming out of the gas station?

So coming out of the gas station yesterday, I rear ended the left back side of this guys truck… This is my first accident and I'm just nervous as to what will happen as far as insurance and my driving record. Also how much will it cost me?
His truck has like a dent and a scratch however my '95 honda's right front side is not that bad but it's not pretty either.
I have been thinking about it all night and lost sleep can someone please put my mind at some type of ease.
I have pretty good insurance. Just curious as to how much out of pocket I might have to come with.
Never been through this process before.I rear ended this car yesterday coming out of the gas station
