Honda car is leaking oil BAD, help me figure out what's wrong?

I could really benefit from having a car in november and december. Is it possible to lease a car (not rent) for that time frame? Long term rentals seem to be about $1200+ which is a lot more than what i would like to spend. My girlfriend does a year lease of a 2018 honda and pays under 400 a month i believe.
