Honda Insight won't start?

I have a 2010 Honda Insight. My fiancé and I got this car at a used dealership and the car drove fine initially, however the trunk would not open, which was the only problem. The next morning, the car wouldn't start and it needed a jump start. After that, it was fine. However, we soon found out that if you didn't turn the car on every day, the car would die. Eventually, the car stopped working altogether, even with jumpstarting. We got it checked out at Honda, they said they fixed it by replacing the battery, but we tried to leave the parking lot and the keys wouldn't unlock the car and the car wouldn't start. This is very frustrating, as my fiancé spent $1000 trying to get the car fixed and it's still not working. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? I can't believe EVEN the Honda people couldn't fix it apparently.

Who is at fault for this car accident?

Car A is a Honda sedan, while Car B is a GMC truck. Car B drives recklessly, through tailgating, swerving in and out of lanes, and cutting off other drivers within feet of their car, including car A. Car A decides to pursue car B to get license plate info and to report the car to the police. Car A switches lanes to pass car B afterwards, where car B speeds up, merges, and slams on the brakes. Car A brakes but can't stop in time, and veers to the other lane to avoid car B, but without enough clearance, and part of the front of car A hits part of the rear bumper of car B. Is car A at fault for rear ending the car? Or is car B at fault for merging and then brake checking? This is from a legal standpoint, not based on who is morally right.

Help Honda dealership sold me a car with a bad transmission?

I bought my car two months ago a used car. It is a certified used car. It had 76k miles when i bought it and now it has 77k i only drove it a bit. I took it into the dealership because it kept stalling and eating my fuel. Today they told me that it has a bad transmission and said they are waiting to hear back from the warranty company if they are going to accept or deny my warranty. They told me that i have until 111k miles on my car which is about 30k miles that the car is under warranty for after that its over. Well i also signed up for this thing called mpp motor protection plan where they pay for anything that happens to my car and instead of the dealership trying to fix it they are trying to use my mpp warranty to pay for it. The mpp might even deny my claim and i'm currently waiting to see. When i bought the car i recorded the whole transaction and the guy said we do not sell faulty cars and we will give you a warranty to put your mind at ease. What can i do now if they both deny my claim. A new transmission is over 3k i can't afford that and i financed the car with my bank for 13k.

Honda rancher differential rebuild?

The actual question that for some reason I've never pay attention to before is the rear differential bearings, both roller and needle in my case, do I need to grease them or will the gear oil keep them lubed. These aren't sealed bearings so I half way want to but I'm not sure I should. I would have just looked at the old ones to see if they had grease but the were caked with mud and water.
